* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

St. Marys Summerfest Committee members accept the Stahr Award during the Greater Grand Lake Region Visitors Center Annual Awards on Thursday. The festival is the largest fundraiser for the St. Marys Area Chamber of Commerce and includes events for the whole family.
