* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Pastor David Christian
Pastor David "Nick" Christian, Sr., 73, Saint Marys, died Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Saint Rita's Medical Center.
He was born October 16, 1944, in Ethel, West Virginia, the son of Charles and Georgia (Whitt) Christian, Sr. He married Phyllis Slone on August 6, 1964, in Wapakoneta, and she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: David Christian, Jr. of Saint Marys; Shelia (James) Tackett of Saint Marys; Johnny (Rochelle) Christian of Saint Marys; Melissa (Tim) Whited of Saint Marys; Juanita (Berkley) Spillman, Sr. of Sharpsburg, Kentucky; Billy (Nicole) Christian of Saint Marys. He is survived by 24 grandchildren; by 26 great-grandchildren; by two brothers: Dwight Christian of Tampa, Florida; Chester Christian of Tampa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by a sister, Juanita Christian; by his brothers: Harold Christian; Charles Christian; Franklin Christian.
Nick graduated from Blume High School in Wapakoneta. He retired from Gartland-Hazwell Foundry in Sidney.
He was a member of the Shekinah Temple in Saint Marys. He loved camping, and taught his kids how to hunt and fish; he was a big fan of the Saint Marys Roughriders. He enjoyed growing flowers and his greatest love was playing guitar, piano and accordion, witnessing for the Lord.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 18, 2108, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Judy Baker, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
