* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Jeffrey Davis
Jeffrey "J.D." Davis, 65, of St. Marys, OH died 4:20 a.m. Saturday April 14, 2018 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born April 13, 1953 in Lima, OH to George F. and Marjorie M. (Sharp) Davis.
He is survived by: son Christifer Davis of St. Marys, OH; son Jeremy (Dani) Davis of Arkansas; step-son Anthony Rodriguez of Dayton, OH; sister Jackie (Larry) Carter of Cincinnati, OH; nieces, nephews and uncles; companion and love of his life Darlene Chilcoat of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: father George Davis; mother Marjorie Davis-Thompson; brother George Thompson; step-father Ron Thompson.
He was a graduate of Lima Senior High School. He retired from Copeland Corp. in Sidney, OH where he worked as a tow-motor operator. He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 and Sons of the American Legion.
"J.D." had served as president of the Barbarians Motorcycle Club (Lima Chapter). His favorite pastimes included riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, fishing and listening to music. He was an honorable man to whom "respect" and "loyalty" were more than mere words.
Rites are scheduled to begin 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 21, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel). His close friend, Evangelist Patrick Bayman, will officiate the services.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
