* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Marvin Unrast
Marvin E. Unrast, age 74, of North Star, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at his home.
He was born June 24, 1943 in North Star, to the late Aloys & Marie (Otte) Unrast.
He is survived by siblings: Leroy & Susan Unrast of Willcox, AZ, Velma & Jerome Holdheide of Fort Loramie, Marg Wagner of Celina, Bertha & Joseph Rosenbeck of New Bremen, Henry & Anita (Brown) Unrast of North Star, and 15 nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by two brothers: Virgil and Dennis Unrast, and a brother in law Robert Wagner.
Marvin was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. He was a lifelong farmer, a former milk hauler, and an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 23, 2018 at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 22, at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry and from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Monday at St. Louis Church, North Star.
