* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

James Hart
James "Jim" R. Hart, age 71, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 1:11 am, June 7, 2018, at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born May 10, 1947 in Celina to the late James K. and Mary B. (Kohnen) Hart. On June 19, 1971 he married Rebecca D. (Birt) Hart, and she survives at the residence in Celina.
He is also survived by his three daughters, Dominica Hart, Indianapolis, IN, Ashley (Kevin) Wagnild, Russia, OH, and Lauren Hart, Celina, OH; three brothers, Dan (Diane) Hart, Cincinnati, OH, Richard Hart, Heerenveen, Netherlands, and Kevin (Marsha) Hart, Chillicothe, OH; a mother-in-law, Neppisee Harman, Celina, OH; a brother-in-law, Marvin Crowell, Celina, OH; and seven grandchildren, Damon, Peyton, Avalon, Neppisee, Cavhan, Amelia, and Fiona.
Also preceded in death by two sisters, Cathy (Leroy) Huber, and Nancy Crowell.
Jim served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after 35 plus years of service, and went on to work part time at Mercer Landmark Inc.
He was a member on Celina Eagles Lodge #1291, Celina VFW Post #5713, and Masonic Lodge F & AM 241. Jim had many hobbies but he especially enjoyed being a historical reenactor, and working as a beekeeper where he got the nickname "Honeyman."
A celebration of Jim's life will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2018, in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 12:00 pm–5:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. To conclude the services at the funeral home, a Masonic service will be held and military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post # 210 and Celina VFW Post # 5713.
Memorial contributions can be made to Special Olympics in care of Celina Masonic Lodge, 122 S Main St., Celina, OH 45822.
