* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Fred L. Collingsworth Jr., 46, formerly of St. Marys, died June 4, 2018, at his residence in Lima.

Rites are 7 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating.

Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
