Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Mary Boroff
Mary C. Boroff, age 86, of Mendon, Ohio, passed away at Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio, on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 8:02 am.
She was born December 10, 1931 in Mercer County to the late Ed W. and Viola M. (Lawrence) Hone. She married Carlton "Duane" Boroff and they were together for 62 years; he survives at the residence.
Other survivors include two sons, Dennis S. Boroff and Randy D. Boroff, both of Mendon; a sister, Barbara (Bob) Thees, Celina; a brother-in-law, Robert Zizelman, Mendon; and a sister-in-law, Janice Hone, Mendon.
Also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Doris (Orille) Snyder, Inez (Clyde) Goins, Ermal (Valier) Amstutz, Phyllis Elaine Zizelman, George (Dorothy) Hone, Carl Hone, Frank (Judy) Hone, John (Sandy) Hone, and Sherman McCourt.
Mary was a 1950 graduate of Celina Senior High School, and attended Cleveland Bible College. She was a licensed practical nurse and retired after many years of service. She was a member of Trinity Friends Church in Van Wert, Ohio.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Allan Brown officiating, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
