Materials for the Harley Jones Rotary Memorial Amphitheater should be going up soon as the project's second phase gets underway next week. Bruns Building & Development of St. Henry was awarded a $491,033 contract to construct the amphitheater and install the foundation, concrete, sidewalks, lighting and a sound system.
