Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are occurring this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

American Red Cross Team Leader Tami Metz tends to Sean Ireland of Rockford while he gives blood Monday afternoon at St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. Ireland said this is the 60th time he's given blood, adding "it doesn't bother me to give and I want to help out if I can."
