Irene Germann
Irene "Snook" Jean Germann, 72, of Celina, passed away at Lima Memorial Hospital on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 9:45 am.
She was born July 15, 1946 in Celina to the late Pete Germann and Nina (Harter) Chaney.
Survivors include a brother Earnest (Betty) Felver, Rockford; a sister, Delight Fox, Rockford; many nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews; and many great great-nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Felver; a sister, Darlene Salisbury; and two brothers-in-law, Tony Salisbury and Gary Fox.
Irene was a 1964 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 46 years of service. She attended Mount Tabor Church of God in Celina and was a member of Tri State Gun Collectors and Oldie Goldies. She enjoyed crocheting, babysitting, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 31, 2019 in Mount Tabor Church of God, Celina, with Pastor Darwin Dunten, officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, St. Marys, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
