Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Haley Wendel
Haley A. Wendel, age 21, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away February 4, 2019 at her residence.
She was born February 9, 1997 in Indianapolis, IN.
Surviving are her parents, Missie and Rick Jutte and Scott and Joyce Wendel, all of Fort Recovery; siblings, Wyatt Wendel, Jon Wendel, Jason Wendel, Jacob Jutte, and Jennifer Wendel, all of Fort Recovery; and grandparents, Ivo and Mary Lou Wendel of Fort Recovery, Steve and Mary Lou Frye of Bryant, IN, and Paul and Elaine Mueller of New Weston.
Preceding her in death are a sister, Faith Jutte; and grandparents, Julius and Betty Jutte.
She attended New Life Christian Center, Celina. Haley enjoyed music, the companionship of her dog, Benji, and spending time with family and friends.
Services are 10:30 am Friday, February 8, 2019 at New Life Christian Center, 7015 Havemann Rd., Celina, Pastor Jason King, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, St. Joe.
Calling is 4:00 pm-8:00 pm Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery and 9:30 am-10:30 am Friday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Damon Klenke Memorial Fund or the St. Anthony Dinner Theater.
