At 841 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Spencerville In Allen County, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kossuth, and St. Johns. This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 110 and 118. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. William Elsass
William R. "Bill" Elsass, 72, Anna, died at 9:49 p.m. Feb. 17, 2019, at the Kettering Medical Center.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Church, Kettlersville, Pastor Ed Rinehart officiating. Interment will follow at Loramie Valley Cemetery near Botkins.
Calling is from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials can be given to Immanuel Church or the American Cancer Association.
