At 1236 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near St. Marys, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, Anna, Fort Loramie, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Montezuma, Egypt, Lake Loramie State Park, Maria Stein, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Mccartyville, and Houston.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 101 and 107.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1248 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Kettlersville, Montra, Mccartyville and Maplewood.

Ronald Weis
Ronald L. Weis, age 69, of St. Marys, Ohio and formerly of Celina, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima.
He was born the son of the late Albert and Arbeula (King) Weis. On April 19, 1975 he married Carolyn Journay, who died Dec. 16, 2006.
Survivors include his sisters and brothers-in-law; Victoria Cournoyer of Orange Park, Florida, Melody Bergman of Celina, Robyn (Bruce) Ganger of Celina, Stephanie (Dave) Newbauer of Botkins, Kim Myers of St. Louis, Missouri, numerous nieces and nephews, mother-in-law Juanita Journay of New Weston, sisters-in-law Barbara (Carl) Rismiller of Union City, Sandra (Phillip) Hiestand, New Weston, Patricia (William) Parks, Union City, and Roberta Asbury of Salisbury, N.C.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sisters Dawn Junod, Cindy Weis brother-in-law Kenneth J. Bergman, Carl Willeford, Dale Asbury and his father-in-law Richard Journay.
Ronald graduated from Coldwater High School in 1968. Then worked in the poultry field all of his life, he was employed by Flavorbest and Hartwig Poultry in Fort Recovery. He enjoyed his sports and would not miss an Ohio State Buckeyes football or basketball game. He also loved the Cincinnati Reds Baseball team.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Vince Wirtner C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grande Lake HealthCare Center's Activities Program, 1209 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, Ohio 45885.
