Philip V. Minnich, 62, St. Marys, died on March 23, 2019, at his residence.
Funeral rites are at 4 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, evangelist Pat Bayman officiating. Private family burial rites will be held.
