* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Betty McGowan

Betty W. Waterman McGowan, 97, a New Bremen native, died on March 30, 2019.

Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, Arizona.

Calling is from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the mortuary.

Local graveside services are at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
