* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Gene Bricher
Gene J. Bricher, age 77, of Coldwater, died on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at his home surrounded by family.
He was born October 23, 1942, in St. Anthony to the late Orvil & Agnes (Minnich) Bricher. On July 3, 1961, he married Patricia (Schwieterman), and she survives in Coldwater.
Gene is also survived by children, Steve & Denise Bricher of Urbana, Lisa Bricher of Anna and Michele Bricher of Coldwater; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings and in-laws, Edith Bader of Rockford, Robert & Reba Bricher of Pickerington, Tom & Barb Bricher of Coldwater, Richard Bricher of Celina, Jim & Pam Bricher of Valparaiso, Indiana, and Jane & Dwight Martin of Bryant, Indiana.
He is preceded in death by a son Mark and a brother-in-law, William Bader.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Gene started working at the former New Idea Plant in Coldwater, he was an entrepreneur starting Bricher Trash service, he loved farming and worked for CW Service. Gene was an avid Coon hunter, he enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater. Friends may call on Tuesday, June 11, from 3 to 8 PM and on Wednesday from 9 to 10 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
