* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Huntsville, Valley Hi, Mcmorran, Lewistown, Logansville, Bloom Center, Springhills and Lippincott.

Mary Jo Schmiesing
Mary Jo (Frilling) Schmiesing died at her home at Carthagena, Ohio on Sunday, June 16, 2019 surrounded by her family.
She was born to the late Charles (Chuck) and Dolores Frilling on April 26, 1947. After graduating from the University of Dayton, Mary Jo taught social studies in Columbus, Ohio and the Marion School system. On June 20, 1970, she married Daniel Schmiesing in McCartyville, Ohio.
She helped Dan operate his large animal veterinary practice, managed their farm Mardan Acres, and raised their five children: George of Plymouth, Michigan; Shanna (Jeff Bartolin) of Worthington, Ohio; Rebecca (Jeremy Miller) of Kempton, Indiana; Carlasue (Ingel Eribal) of Newport News, Virginia; and Kenneth (Michelle Belna) of Palmyra, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her sister Judy Fortenberry (H. Wayne) of Leander, Texas and 11 grandchildren (Brixon, Elliot, Kendra, Calvin, Annika, Eva, Allison, Dante, Marco, Gaius, and Lucas).
She is preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law (Edwin and Clara Schmiesing), her sister Theresa, and 2 grandchildren (C.I. and Iben Eribal).
She was the first parish life coordinator for St. Aloysius Parish (St. Al's), a member and past president of the Mercer County Genealogical Society, Secretary of the Ohio Red Poll Association, a 25-year 4-H advisor, and a member and former director of St Al's choir. She was known for her mild manner and willingness to help others.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, June 21, 2019 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Carthagena. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater on Thursday from 2 to 7 pm and on Friday from 9 to 9:45 am.
