* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

John 'Jack' Kramer
John H. "Jack" Kramer, age 68, of Troy passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at his residence in Troy.
He was born September 16, 1950 in Celina, Ohio to the late Andrew L. & Ellen (Moeller) Kramer. His mother survives in Chickasaw.
He is also survived by children: Jenny & Alan Sharp, St. Marys, Jessica & Chuck Heeter, Moraine, Stephanie & Bill Boitnott, Troy, Ryan Kramer, St. Marys, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brother & sisters: Carol & Charlie Wenning, Coldwater, Ruth Kramer, Cincinnati, Donna & Clem Kunk, Tucson, AZ, Jean & Joe Bender, Maria Stein, Anita & Brian Boroff, New Bremen, Jimmy & Carla Kramer, Chickasaw.
A Memorial Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 3, 2019 at Precious Blood Church, Chickasaw with Rev. Gene Schnipke celebrant.
