* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Vercie Roberts
Vercie Roberts, 85, of Saint Marys, died 9:53 P.M. Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at State of the Heart Hospice, Greenville.
She was born June 6, 1934, in Leonard, Arkansas, the daughter of Orville and Ada (Nicely) Ellis. She married Clyde Roberts on February 4, 1957, and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2016.
She is survived by her children: Belva (Gerald) Abner of Lexington, KY; Stan (Cindy) Chisholm of Wapakoneta; Lanny Roberts of Saint Marys. She is survived by her grandchildren: Gabriel (PooLun) Longsworth; Joshua (Cathaline) Chisholm; Justin (Audrey) Chisholm; Jeff (Jacklyn) Chisholm; Lisa Blair; Adam Roberts; Molly Krieg. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Dane, Rhett, Ollie, Ryen, Evelyn, Wes, Isabel, Julia, Jaysen, Elijah, Octavia. She is survived by her siblings: Vergie Riggs of Saint Marys; Shirley Howard of Rector, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Timmy Roberts; her siblings: Hubert Ellis; JD Ellis; JW Ellis; Gwendolyn Ellis.
Vercie will be remembered for her cooking skills, especially her biscuits, pies, and Christmas candy. She also liked to crochet and read. She attended Garden of Love Old Regular Baptist Church in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 3, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Brother Gary Mosley and Brother G. William Mosley, officiants. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
