* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Betty Belton
Betty L. Belton, age 85, of Celina, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, one day before her 86th birthday.
She was born August 5, 1933, in Shelby County, to the late Raymond Wagner Luedeke and Dorothy M. (Bouknecht) Luedeke. Her husband, Preston L. Belton, preceded her in death March 3, 1982.
Betty is survived by her son, Todd Belton of Celina, and a grandson, Jess L. Belton.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Luedeke in August 1993, a sister, Virgene Mohrman in January 2007, and a brother, Benjamin Luedeke in May 2016.
A 1951 graduate of Fort Loramie High School, over the years Betty had worked at Midwest Electric, Brown Drugs, Family Video and CVS Pharmacy. Betty loved going to the library and reading books, and walking her Rottweilers.
A Celebration of Betty's Life will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
