* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Michael Kuck
Michael Kuck, 56, of New Knoxville, died suddenly on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at his residence.
He was born February 21, 1963, in Lima, Ohio, the son of Jack and Jean (Feight) Kuck.
He is survived by his children: Mark Kuck of New Knoxville; Natalie (John) Arn of Saint Marys; Stewart Kuck of Piqua. He is also survived by his children's mother, Misty Callhan of Saint Marys, and by his grandchildren Kaylie Arn; Willow Kuck; Cameron Arn. He is also survived by his brother, Matthew (Janice) Kuck of New Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mike was a 1981 graduate of New Knoxville High School. He was a laser operator at Kinninger Welding in New Bremen.
Mike was a huge fan of the Rolling Stones. He enjoyed going to concerts, camping, shopping, going to Canada; watching New Knoxville sports and spending time with his grandkids. He was a member of First Church of New Knoxville.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 10, 2019, at the First Church of New Knoxville, the Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Friday in the Ministry Center of the First Church of New Knoxville, where memorial gifts may be given to the New Knoxville Athletic Association.
