* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Robert Koeper
Robert L. Koeper, 68, of Saint Marys, died 7:45 P.M. Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born November 9, 1950, in Celina, the son of Lester and Mary (Rupert) Koeper. He married Dianne Miller on December 31, 1994; she survives at the residence.
He is also survived by his children: Brian Koeper of Saint Marys; Bill (Nickie) Koeper of Wapakoneta; Chris Koeper of Grove City, Ohio; by his step-children: Angela Booth of Saint Marys; Justin (Beth Burke) Booth of Saint Marys; Janelle (Bryan) Bernard of Saint Marys. He is survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; by a special nephew, Buck Sharpe. He is survived by his siblings: Marvin (Virginia) Koeper of Saint Marys; Beverly Sharpe of Saint Marys; Kenneth (Jeannie) Koeper of Saint Marys; Kevin (Cherry) Koeper of Saint Marys.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Dianna Koeper; a sister-in-law, Nancy Koeper; a brother-in-law, Jerry Sharpe.
Bob was a 1969 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era, and later served in the Ohio National Guard. He had worked at Beatrice Foods in New Bremen, AGWAY Pet Foods in Saint Marys, and as a delivery driver at KOI Auto Parts.
He was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ, Saint Marys. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races, Cincinnati Reds baseball and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He liked making wood crafts and had served on the set-up committee for Saint Marys Summerfest for many years. He was a life member of VFW Post 9289.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, with Bob's brother, Kevin Koeper, officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Tailgate for Cancer.
