Livestock champions sell at auction

The grand champion market hog shown by Hopewell 4-H member Kaston Eichenauer, son of Greg and Joni Eichenauer, sold for $4,000 to a group including Farm Credit Service, Stewart Seeds-Ben Schleucher, Elgin Service Center, Fennig-Homan Agri Business, Joni Eichenauer-Leugers Insurance, Kenn-Feld Group LLC, Wuebker Drainage, Cooper Farms, Edward Jones-Chris Moehler, Turner-Green Custom Ag Spraying, Overman Trucking, St. Henry Tile Co., Specialty Hybrids, MLS, Kahlig Pumping, Howell Club Lambs, Celina Insurance Group and Kerns Auto Group.
