At 153 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near De Graff, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Roundhead, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, New Hampshire, Bloom Center, Pemberton, Lewistown, and Springhills.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 88 and 90.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and surface observation station reported.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Dola, Huntersville, State Route 195 at State Route 235, and New Hampshire.

Chester Halderman
Chester Allen Halderman, age 53, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at his residence in Celina.
He was born on November 8, 1965 in Celina, to the late Lawrence and Vera (Fetters) Halderman.
Chester is survived by his three step-brothers Donald (Doris) Wolford of Celina, Dennis Wolford of Cleveland, Dwayne (Janet) Wolford of St. Marys, several Nephews and a life long friend Terry Thomas of St. Marys.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
