* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Contractors recently finished resurfacing all paved areas in the Mercer County Fairgrounds. County commissioners approved paying Wagner Paving Inc. of Laura $301,902 for the work.
