* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Kyndall Wagner
Kyndall Wagner, age 15, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents at their residence on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 2:18 pm.
She was born July 23, 2004 in Coldwater, Ohio.
Survivors include her parents, Charles and Sara (Enyart) Wagner, Celina; her brothers and sisters, Garrett, Galen, Kyla, Gavin, Katie, Gage, Gregory, and Khylen.
Kyndall was always a very happy child with a contagious smile. During her fifteen short years on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by her family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday 15, 2019 at Celina Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Chris Riffle officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Burial will be at a later date.
