* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

State wildlife officials and volunteers installed 18 fish habitat areas in Grand Lake. The areas likely will be most used by crappie and bluegill and should improve fishing opportunities.
