The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Justin "Jay" Vondenberger, 29, St. Marys, died on Oct. 13, 2019, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Services are at 3 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys.
