* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Kenneth Borger
Mr. Kenneth Delbert Borger, age 70, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday morning, October 15, 2019, at Edgewood Manor in Lucasville, Ohio.
He was born June 30, 1949, in Celina, Ohio, a son of the late Paul and Ruth Ann Huelskamp Borger.
Kenneth was a truck driver and he enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh, playing solitaire, doing word search puzzles, watching old Westerns and spending time with family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Bonnie Spangler; two brothers, Bill Borger and Ronald Borger; three sisters, Mary Jane Creamer, Pauline Kaiser and Phyllis Honeycutt; and one granddaughter, Sarah Horn.
Kenneth is survived by one son, Todd Borger of Amelia. Ohio; two daughters, Sheila Jones of Owensville, Ohio, and Jeanette Pies of Batavia, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Borger of St. Henry, Ohio, and Charles Borger of New Weston, Ohio; and four sisters, Alice Uhlenhake of St. Henry, Ohio, Carol Ungericht of Ansonia, Ohio, Dorothy Harrod of Celina, Ohio, and Rita Borger of New Weston, Ohio. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Christ Open Bible Church in Garrison, Kentucky, with Brother John Cox officiating.
Friends may visit from 11 a.m. till the service time at the church.
All arrangements are being cared for by Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg, Kentucky, for Mr. Kenneth Delbert Borger.
