* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Thousands of cows are milked three times a day on a specialized rotating carousel at MVP Dairy. The carousel can milk 80 animals at a time over the course of eight minutes.
