* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Barbara Fenwick
With profound sadness we announce the passing of Barbara Fenwick (Bowen) on October 13, 2019. She lived a full life as a Navy Wife, Mother, Grandma, and Great Grandma.
Barbara was born January 21, 1938, in Decatur, IN, the only child of Donald and Dorothy Bowen (Granger).
Barbara will be remembered as a Mother/Aunt/Cousin/Friend who loved with such passion, dedication and greeted all with warm hugs and sincere smiles. She enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling, and had an appreciation for good food. Most of all Barbara loved her family and instilled her strong values that will guide them throughout their lives.
Barbara is survived by her Daughters, Christine Hampton, Cheryl Hampton and her husband Jeff, her Son, Donald Fenwick Jr and his wife Susan, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Fenwick Sr. (2008), daughter Cynthia Dussault (2003), and Son-in-Law David Hampton (2018).
