Richard A. Houts Jr., 56, Buckland, died on Oct. 26, 2019, at his residence.
Rites are at 10 a.m. Friday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys, Pastor Robert Warren officiating. Burial with graveside military honors will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
