* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Matthew Engle
Matthew V. "Matt" Engle, age 49, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away at 9:00 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. He was born May 4, 1970 in Celina, to Vaughn and Billie Dru (Frasure) Engle, both survive in Celina.
Other survivors include a daughter, Linzie Starr, Celina; three brothers, Lonny Hitchen, St. Marys, Seth Engle, Celina and David Engle, Celina; and three sisters, Lori (John) Martin, St. Marys, Heather (Scott) Bowersock, St. Marys and Abigail Masters, Celina.
Matt was a 1988 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He worked at Continental Tire in St. Marys. Matt enjoyed riding his Harley, being outdoors, making beef jerky and helping others. He was full of life and he loved his family.
Memorial Services will begin at 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 21, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Robert Sweeney officiating; where the family will receive friends for 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home.
