* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Katherine Droesch
Katherine Ann (Forsthoff) Droesch, age 78, of St. Henry, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born July 5, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Albert & Beata (Hermann) Forsthoff. On July 28, 1962 at St. Mary Catholic Church she married Gerald Droesch and he survives in Coldwater.
She is also survived by three children: Teresa & Tom Koempel of Rochester Hills, MI, Mary Jo & Gary Burns of Mason, OH, and Bryan & Kynthia Droesch of Columbus, OH, six grandchildren: Michael, Emily, Elizabeth, Jessica, Abigail, & Leona, a brother and sister: Henry & the late Marilyn Forsthoff of St. Henry and Alice & Dave Schmidt of Coldwater.
Kathy was preceded in death by an infant sibling, Richard Forsthoff.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. She was also a member of the Altar Rosary Sodality and a past member of the St. Henry Fire Department Auxiliary. Kathy retired from St. Henry Consolidated Schools after 20 years. She was an avid gardener and loved spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday, December 20, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to State of the Heart Care in Coldwater.
