* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Ruby Steen
Ruby Lee Steen, age 70 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. She was born in Auglaize County, to the late Clarabell (O'Neill) Tester.
On Oct. 4, 1969 she married Steven Craig Steen, who died on February 4, 2017.
Survivors include her five children: Crystal Weis of Celina, Brandy (Bryan) Vogan of Bradford, Summer (Shane) Stansberry of Pioneer, TN, Steven (Kelli) Steen of Stearns, KY and Miles (Ashley) Steen of Celina. She has nineteen grandchildren: Danny, Kylie, Ashlie, Alex, Austin, Brandon, Tristin, Sydney, Nicolas, Cody, Jaden, Jett, Jhalene, Seth, Michael, Hailey, Christian, Conner and Korbin. Twelve great grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
Ruby was preceded in death by her mother, Husband, brother and sister-in-law William and Melody Weaver and her sister Rita Watson.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating.
Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday before the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Steen family to assist them with funeral expenses.
