* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Barbara Leistenschneider
Barbara Leistenschneider, age 85, of St. Henry, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born September 29, 1934 in Celina, to the late Clarence & Helen (Reiss) Stachler. On October 5, 1957 at St. Rose Catholic Church she married James Leistenschneider, and he died February 25, 2009.
Barb is survived by children: Dale & June Leistenschneider of St. Henry, Debra Paul of Powell, and Diane & Jeff Lange of St. Henry. She is also survived by grandchildren: Doug & Ashley Leistenschneider, Dean & Stephanie Leistenschneider, Jay & Jocelyn Leistenschneider, Stephanie Paul, Ryan Paul, Jacqualyn & Jared Thobe, and Jenna & Mitch Muhlenkamp, 11 great grandchildren, a brother-in-law William McMillan of Dayton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Barb was preceded in death by siblings and in-laws, Richard & Rita Stachler, Dorothy & Elmer Schmiesing, and Lois McMillan.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. She was a member of the Ft. Recovery Legion Auxiliary, and the St. Marys Tri-Squares. She was a hard working farmer's wife, mother, and homemaker. Barb enjoyed Bingo and running errands to help her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, January 2, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
