* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 110 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* At 108 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Local photographer captures Kenya's breathtaking beauty

CELINA - Local photographer Peggy Green is virtually a certified globe-trotter.
After retiring from a 25-year career of teaching fourth grade at Celina Elementary School, Green has taken to traveling near and far to follow her love of photography.
Green got her first camera in 2013, an entry-level Canon kit camera that came with a couple of lenses and a camera body. She'd always enjoyed taking pictures, but once she retired she was able to dive into her passion. [More]

COLDWATER - Village council members on Monday approved renewal of a five-year lease with Charter-Spectrum.
The contract is for the lease of a village-owned five-acre parcel on Fleetfoot Road that houses the Spectrum cable towers and equipment. Renewal will maintain the $5,000 per year rate.
ST. HENRY - Village council members on Monday approved final 2020 appropriations of $3.828 million with $1.767 in the general fund, which pays for day-to-day expenses.
