* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

School shutdown

Mary Ysawa carries all her belongs out of Celina High School on Monday afternoon. All students were told to remove everything from their lockers for maintenance staff to clean during the three-week shutdown ordered by Gov. Mike Dewine.
