Tré Billger's mother, Deliha Kremer, left, joins Maggie Mott at a candlelight vigil for her son on Friday night at the Celina Rotary Lighthouse on the west bank of Grand Lake in Celina. Billger's body was found in Grand Lake on Tuesday.
