Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Betty Conn
Betty Lee (Kelley) Conn, age 83 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born in Ripley County, Missouri, on May 31, 1936, to the late William L. and Ethel (Hodo) Kelley. On September 13, 2003 she married David Lee Conn, who survives, living in Celina.
She is also survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law Belinda (Kent) Hale of Tetonia, Idaho, Debra (Terry) Roberts of Ponder, Texas and her step children Deborah (Conn) and Jeff McMellon and Scott (Jenny) Conn, both of Celina. Five step grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, her sister Barbara Pizzi of Decatur, Texas and many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Mae Naomi Kelley.
She attended Saginaw High School in Missouri and received her Master Degree in Christian Counseling. She continued her education and was only one course shy of receiving her doctorate in Christian Counseling and held various other Degrees. She worked professionally as a book keeper and prison ministries.
Betty was a member of the Covenant Community Church in Coldwater. She was a talented cook and enjoyed sewing. Betty also loved to travel all over the world.
Due to the national health concerns, the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and the Conn Family are following directives outlined by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, limiting attendance to the visitation and funeral service to immediate family members only. The Conn Family will have a Celebration of Life for Betty at a later date, with Pastor Eric Muhlenkamp officiating.
