A little Christmas cheer ... in April

Rich Barger put Christmas lights on his home at 404 E. Livingston St., Celina, on March 21 to bring a little hope to people during a difficult time. "I though I'd put them up to put a smile on somebody's face," he said. "People can take a look at the lights and envision hope."
