Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.
These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Bonnie Francis
Bonnie Francis, age 73, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on October 30, 1946, in Celina, Ohio to the late Leroy and Mary Alice (Bertke) Bertke. On July 29, 1990 she married her second husband Robert A. "Bob" Francis, who died on March 12, 2020.
She is survived by her children Dewey (Kim) Lehman of Avon Park, Fl., Scott (Cherie) Lehman, Jeff (Edna) Lehman, both of Celina and daughter-in-law Stephanie Hartnagel of Ft. Recovery. She is also survived by her step children; Rick Francis (Jenni York) of Houston, Julie Francis of Centerville, Scott Francis of Centerville and Jennifer (Greg) Robertson of Cincinnati. Also surviving is brother Rick (Janice) Bertke of Celina, seven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and sisters-in-laws Ruth Lupton of Tipp City and Betty Bertke of Coldwater.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, son Chris Lehman, and brothers Ron Bertke and Larry Bertke.
Bonnie graduated from Immaculate Conception High School with the Class of 1964. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the V.F.W Auxiliary post #5713 in Celina. She enjoyed playing bingo and was a Dallas Cowboys fan.
Due to the national health concerns, the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and Bonnie's family are following directives outlined by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church Endowment Fund.
