* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Celina firefighter Matt Schlater sprays water onto a dumpster fire Thursday afternoon at the Auglaize/Mercer Counties Family YMCA's North Branch near Celina. Details about the fire were not available at press time.
