Free masks handed out

Kim Winans of Together for a Change hands Rich Barger two handmade masks on Friday afternoon at Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. Together for a Change members, who handed out 1,000 masks on Friday, began to make them for emergency responders and for hospital and nursing home personnel. After meeting those needs, members started distributing masks to the public.
