* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A tree collapsed and brought down power lines at 11978 Canning Factory Road, Wapakoneta, on Wednesday evening due to brief but strong and damaging winds. Mercer County managed to escape significant damage, according to Mercer County Emergency Management Agency Director Mike Robbins. Robbins expected strong winds for the remainder of Wednesday night and Thursday.
