* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Lake Facilities Authority officials plan to create a treatment train at the junction of Burntwood and Coldwater creeks in Butler Township. The $1.5 million project would create the first upstream treatment train to help clean water headed into Grand Lake.
