Periods of light snow will occur this evening and through the overnight. While accumulating snow is expected to end before Thursday morning, falling temperatures and light snow accumulations of one to two inches will result in slick travel tonight and early Thursday.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for wintery driving conditions.
In addition to the snowfall, falling temperatures combined with increased winds will result in feels-like temperatures near zero Thursday morning. If heading outdoors, dress in multiple layers.

A band of snow showers will drop into the region from northern Indiana, and push through the region through the afternoon. Some snow showers could produce a quick light coating of snow on elevated surfaces and bridges. Visibility may also be briefly reduced to a half mile or even less. Northwest winds will also gust up to 30 MPH.
Lighter snowfall will continue into the evening behind the initial band of snow showers, with accumulations from a few tenths to isolated accumulations of up to an inch.
Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

Greg Dues
Greg Dues, age 53, of New Bremen, died Sunday, July 5, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born June 19, 1967 in Columbus, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte (Moon) Dues of New Bremen; parents Alvin & Ginny (Rose) Dues of Coldwater, children, George Jr. & Jennifer Franks of Dayton, Robert Franks and fiancée Rachel Meech of Columbus and Benjamin Franks of Camp Pendleton, California; sister Gina & Cory McKibben of Coldwater; niece & nephews, Kyle, Katie, Zack McKibben; father-in-law Gary Moon of New Bremen; and in-laws, Paula & Tim Huddleston of New Bremen and Mary & Todd Smith of Las Vegas.
He is preceded in death by a son Christopher Alan Dues and his mother-in-law Carol Moon.
He worked for Kosei (former AAP) in St. Marys. Greg enjoyed gardening, motorcycle riding with his wife, traveling to numerous states. He was a problem solver who loved helping family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Alexander Witt officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater from 3 to 7 pm Wednesday and from 9 to 10 am Thursday.
Memorials may be made to the Heart Association.
