* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

At 909 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Botkins, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Penny size hail, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Bellefontaine, Wapakoneta, Anna, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Fryburg, Montra, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Swanders, and Bloom Center.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 97 and 110.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Ann Hoening
Ann C. Hoening, age 85 of Coldwater, died Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born September 14, 1934 in St. Henry, to the late Harry & Margaret (Severt) Romer. On February 19, 1955 she married Joseph Hoening, and he preceded her in 2001.
Ann is also survived by children, Nancy Boyd of Cincinnati, Sandy Hoening of Coldwater, Scott & Tammy Hoening of Montezuma, Shelly & Scott Bullock of Coldwater, and Shawn Hoening of Montezuma, 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by in-laws, Louis Stahl and Jerry Dippold both of St. Henry.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by son, Steve Hoening, son-in-law, Bruce Boyd, siblings and in-laws, Verna & Jake Buschor, Madonna & Eldon Welch, Bud & Ann Romer, Harry Jr. & Janet Romer, Vivian Romer, Myra & John Delzeith, Julia Stahl, and Mary Kay Dippold.
Ann was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater and the St. Ann's Holy Rosary Sodality. She previously worked as a cook for Briarwood Village and also worked for Reynolds & Reynolds. She did in-home babysitting, which she loved, enjoyed baking and was well known for her amazing iced sugar cookies.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 20 at 4 pm at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call on Monday July 20 from 1 to 4 PM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville.
