* WHEN...Until 1115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Christopher Young
Christopher A. Young, age 53 of Ansonia, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 7:24 PM in Minster, Ohio.
Born in Brunswick, Georgia on February 14, 1967 he was a son to George Young & the late Frances Jean (Stoltz) Young.
Chris was an Ansonia High School graduate, class of 1985. He enjoyed campfires, trips to Michigan, and telling stories. More than anything he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, family & friends; and "Staying Humble." He will truly be missed.
In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his daughter Brittani Young.
Survived by his father George Young: his children Derek & Kendra Young of Celina; Ashley Young & Tony Rammel of Coldwater; Alice Young of Ansonia: grandchildren Lukas Rammel; Hazel Rammel: siblings Darren Young; Dawn Young: uncle Gary & Marie Young: special friends Randy & Lisa Heck; Linda Hoggett: as well as many Uncles, Aunts, Family Members and Friends.
Friends may call on the family from 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
Funeral to follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Brandon officiating. Burial Greenville Township Memorial Garden, Greenville, Ohio.
