* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Lillian Vanover
Lillian Vanover, 77, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020, at her residence in Mendon.
She was born July 31, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Daniel Paul Sr. and Lucille Frances (Breeze) Paul.
Lillian is survived by her son, Bruce A. (Rita Wilson) Paul of Mendon, sister, Margaret Ruth (Jr. Owens) Briley of Carrollton, KY, grandchildren: Heather ( Nathan ) Baltzell, Robert (Katie) Paul, Shana (Doug Parks) Chaney & kids,
Brandy (Damien) Kroft & kids, and Billy (Brooke Roberts) Vanover & kids, great grandchildren: Jasmine Paul, Debra Maxwell, and Tamara Baltzell, and sister-in-law, Judy Paul of Nicholasville, KY.
Preceding her in death were a sister & 3 brothers: Katherine (Ronnie) Cotterman, Richard (Audrey) Younger, Samuel Paul Sr. and Daniel Paul Jr.
Lillian had attended Celina High School, and worked in the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at Otterbein in St. Marys.
She was a member of American Legion Post #210 and Eagles Lodge #1291 in Celina.
Some favorite pastimes were reading, watching Hallmark Christmas movies, adult coloring books, and garage sale-ing.
Lillian dearly loved spending time with her family and Sheba, her dog.
There will be Calling Hours from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 11, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
Those attending are required to wear masks, and are asked to practice social distancing as much as possible.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or a charity that supports animals.
